At Snowboards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused equipment in its original packaging. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we are here to ensure you get the perfect setup for the slopes.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the unused snowboard, boots, or apparel into its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your gear, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
