What is your return policy for boards and bindings?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that once a board has been waxed, mounted with bindings, or used on snow, it is no longer eligible for return.
Are your snowboards pre-waxed and ready to ride?
All our snowboards come with a factory wax applied. While they are ready to ride immediately, many enthusiasts prefer to apply a fresh hot wax for optimal performance based on specific local snow temperatures.
